Understanding what the government has purchased from a competitor can give you valuable insight when pursuing future contracts. When detailed federal contract records are not publicly available, a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request may help you obtain additional information.
Proxity can prepare, submit, and manage FOIA requests on your behalf. When appropriate, we can file under Proxity's name without identifying your company as the requester. We handle communications with the agency, monitor the request's progress, and notify you of any additional costs before proceeding.
Government agencies may charge fees for locating, processing, and producing requested records. We initially allow for up to $100 in government fees. If the agency's estimate exceeds that amount, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.
