In order to understand what the Government has bought from a competitor in the past, your organization requires contract details and in all cases this data may only be accessed via the Freedom of Information Act (F.O.I.A.) request.

Many companies are concerned that the agency will be unhappy that you are making work for them in filing a FOIA on an awarded contract-Let Proxity file an anonymously your company’s behalf to make sure not only that the FOIA is filed properly but that the FOIA response is timely.

Once a FOIA request is received the Government will has 21 business days to respond with a price for the request- Proxity will make the assumption that the Government may charge up to $100 per request and if more, Proxity will be notified and we in turn will give you a price

Price: $200 for the first request and $150 for 2nd and subsequent requests. Proxity will charge 20% of the production once you have approved that Government cost.
